Information about Ajmal Foundation:
AJMAL FOUNDATION provides monthly scholarships to the economically backward students who are continuing studies in Medical, Para-Medical, Technical, Engineering and Management institutions as well as in the general streams for BA and MA Courses and also in schools and madrassas. Even the students studying LAW, MCA and research scholars are among our AJMAL Scholarship holders.
Eligibility Criteria for AJMAL Scholarship Program:
1. Only Indian Nationals are eligible to apply for scholarship program.
2. Scholarship is open for students belonging to all caste, creed, religions, communities or faith.
3. The applicant must be a bonafide regular HSLC passed student.
4. Applicants must have secured at least 60% marks in their last Board/ University Examinations
5. Students studying in the Institutions must be recognised by Govt./Universities/any competent authority.
6. A student getting a scholarship from any other source would not be eligible for the scholarship.
7. The scholarship May be one time or monthly for a year or for the normal course duration.
8. Only short-listed candidates will be called for appearing before the Scholarship Assessment Committee which will finally decide a candidate for scholarship.
9. The amount and nature of the scholarship will be fixed by the Scholarship Assessment Committee and no fix ceiling will be there.
10. Regular scholarship holders must renew their scholarship every year and application for scholarship renewal must reach the office of Ajmal Foundation before 31st October every year.
11. The Trust is not bound to sanction scholarship every year and decisions will be taken depending upon the fund position of the Trust.
12. The decision of the Trust authority related to any matter of the scholarship is final and no claim will be entertained.
13. The applicants must apply in the prescribed format of scholarship available in the Head Office of the Ajmal Foundation or can be downloaded from our website.
14. Applications without relevant documents or in incomplete form will be summarily rejected.
Fresh application must reach the office of the Ajmal Foundation before 31st August every year.
